How do I book a visit

All you need to do is get in touch via our Contact Us page. Complete the form and we can arrange a time and date straight away.

Is my data safe with you?

We take data protection very seriously. Your data never leaves your machine apart from if:

  • We take a precautionary backup of your device.
  • We are migrating your documents and software to a new / alternate machine which you have specified.

Any storage devices used to carry out the backup or migration are wiped of your data upon completion of the job.

Will you keep me up to date?

Of course. Just let us know and we can send you email updates of any progress we make with your job.

How long does a repair take?

This can vary dependent on the nature of the repair. Generally it can take anywhere between 1 and 5 days, but this can be affected if we are awaiting parts.

What payment options do you accept?

We currently accept cash and bank transfers.

No Fix, No Fee - What's the catch?

There isn’t. In the unlikely even we can’t complete the job we take on, you won’t be charged.

In the event in which the customer advises us not to proceed with the job, the agreed works will still be chargeable.
